💫Why small moves create big clarity

One of the biggest misconceptions I see:

People think clarity comes from making a big decision.

But most of the time?
✨Clarity comes from small moves.

A conversation.
✨A new idea explored.
✨Trying something slightly different.

Each small step gives you information.
✨And that information builds clarity.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You just need to be willing to move a little.

💫Sometimes the best things are simple.

Tonight I threw this together —
spaghetti squash, tomatoes, spinach, feta… all in one pan.

No overthinking. No complicated plan.
Just a few ingredients, a little time, and letting it come together.

And honestly… it felt like a small reminder:

Not everything has to be figured out to move forward.
Sometimes you just start… and it turns into something really good.

That’s true in the kitchen.
And it’s true in life too.
