All my MAJA friends! Have you heard about the Emsella?!?! I’m here to tell you I haven’t walked, sneezed, giggled, danced, worked out, etc for 20 years without being concerned about an accident. I’m on session 4 and things have improved dramatically! It’s a sensitive subject for so many of us but there’s no reason to suffer in silence!!!

My favorite LLN event to date! I could have listened to Stefanie speak for hours. Her kindness, warmth and enthusiasm made you feel like the only person in the room. Listening to her speak has definitely inspired me to dive deeper. Really looking forward to diving into her book and workbook.
You genuinely never know what you’ll learn and I’m so so grateful.
