Understanding this is a must for lower back pain!

This movement and positioning of the hips, if mastered and used properly will prevent you from getting low back pain.

Its all in the hips!

Focus on positioning of the hips, tilting them forward and keeping your spine straight.

Back out of the pose and use arms for support if you cannot keep the spine straight.

Update!

Drywall is all hung. We're hoping it gets finished and painted by the end of this week.

We are making progress and gaining some momentum!

We have all of the framing up. This week we should get all the drywall up too.

We just had some final adjustments to the AC system and some changes that needed to be made to the sprinkler system.

We're choosing paint colors so that can be done once dry wall is finished.
