The Enclave at Rye Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, the premier provider of subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in Westchester, is a proud recipient of the 2025 Silver National Quality Award from the American Healthcare Association.

Led by Administrator Jacob Barber, recipient of the Eli Pick Leadership Award, The Enclave is renowned for its signature programming such as Concierge Services and Amputee support provided by Paralympic Gold Medalists, and advanced clinical and rehabilitation care.

The Enclaveʼs dedication and commitment to overall performance and quality of care is unparalleled, providing an individualized healing experience that meets and exceeds all expectations. The Enclave is honored to receive this recognition as a Silver National Quality Award Recipient.

We are deeply saddened and devastated over the news of the passing of our dear friend and partner, Chef Anne Burrell.

Our dream to change food in healthcare came to fruition alongside Chef Anne, bringing delicious, nutritious meals to our patients with new menus that brought fun and flair for every diet and appetite, ensuring our patients only ever receive excellence.

Chef Anne was a friend to every resident and patient, a kind leader and mentor to every team member, her dedication to this project and the vision we shared were profound.

Together, in her honor, we will continue to incorporate all that she taught us to honor her legacy throughout the CareRite family.

We remember and hold close to our hearts her upbeat spirit, her light that beamed in every room, and her endless hugs for all.

Chef Anne, we cherish you, and collectively we honor your legacy and impact, both inside and outside of the kitchen- a fiery spirit, beloved mentor, and culinary icon whose passion forever flavors our hearts.

Meet Mildred, a remarkable member of The Enclave’s amputee community, who has successfully completed our renowned Comprehensive Amputee Rehabilitation Program, led by Paralympic Gold Medalists Todd Schaffhauser and Dennis Oehler. At CareRite, our dedication to the well-being of our amputee patients is unwavering. Throughout April, we honor and celebrate those who bravely navigate life with limb loss or limb difference, acknowledging their inspiring journeys and daily triumphs.
