Here is the updated Winter Schedule. We have a new exciting class to fill in for our Senior Fit 2 class on Thursday mornings. Cardio Drumming is a super fun rhythmic experience with new instructor, Jodi! We have had a run of unfortunate luck with the evening schedule in the last month. Weather and illnesses have caused some havoc in the program. We are driving forward with the evening schedule with even more new instructors and classes coming!
