🌟 Personal Update: A Time for Healing 🌟

Hello dear Harmony in Healing Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to share a personal update with you. Right now, my heart is heavy with grief as I navigate the loss of my husband.

Starting today, I'll be taking a step back from seeing clients at Harmony in Healing, and I'll be returning on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023. This time is crucial for me to be with my family, embark on a journey of healing, and gather strength from our shared memories.

During my absence, our page will continue to be a source of inspiration and support. Scheduled posts will keep flowing, and I have every confidence that our incredible community will keep the positive energy alive.

StrongHeart Drum Medicine takes you on a journey of sound, vibration and rhythm.
Two hour event $20.00 per person at Stafford County Park Pavilion in Port Hope MI 48468
The program will begin at 6:30 pm with a half hour presentation on meditation, vibrational healing and it's affects on the brain. The Sound Medicine Journey is conducted by a 28" Sioux Ceremonial Drum, 26" "Paiste" Sound Creation Gong, 47" Buffalo Drum, tubular bells and Solfeggio Chimes, in addition to other traditional instruments.

Focus On The Present

We cannot change the past; we just need to keep the good memories and acquire wisdom from the mistakes we've made.

We cannot predict the future; we just need to hope and pray for the best and what is right and believe that's how it will be.

We can live one day at a time, enjoying the present and always seeking to become a more loving and better person.

EMOTIONAL WELLNESS

Our emotions have a profound effect on our body. You may feel you are handling stress, but how in tune are you with the interplay between your feelings and your body?
Instead of accepting how we feel, we may deny our feelings by staying so busy there is no time to "feel" them.
How does our emotional health affect us physically?

The feelings of grief and sorrow are sent to the lungs and colon.

The feelings of fear are sent to the kidneys and bladder.

The feelings of anger, resentment are sent to the liver and gallbladder.

The feelings of everyday stress are sent to the stomach, spleen and pancreas.

The feelings of sadness are sent to the heart and small intestine.

The next time you cry, taste your tears. They will be sweet if you cry "happy", salty if you cry sad, and bitter if you cry "angry".

When you cry, your body is immediately addressing the emotion behind the tears.
The brain begins to release hormones, directed specifically at the system inundated with the emotion, to bring a balance.

Tears help us deal with our emotions!
