Beautiful healing with spirit this morning. I woke up feeling the effects of all the energy going on through the moon cycle and the effects of war and just the human condition itself at this time. I usually meditate and pray for the world in the morning and I found myself grounding into the earth and a beautiful light came up from the earth and showed me a blanket of shadow on my back and told me to allow it to take it from me. It explained that ever since I was a child I had been talked about behind my back and this had been happening for years even now. I saw the shadow lifting and with it I saw myself as a little girl scared and abused and fighting back which is why I was talked about. I saw different ages and my reactions and also now while doing this work and people trying to ruin my reputation. I realized the human condition and the fear we have of each other and the need to compete. I shook in energy and cried as I felt my innocence return. I have been struggling with my back for quite some time now and I know the relief is here. I too have spoken badly about others at times and I found forgiveness for me and those that word cursed me. Energy is real and energy flows to where you direct it so if you are speaking poorly about anyone including yourself you are casting a spell that will rebound back and you will suffer. We see it now in the media more than ever. We are witnessing the spelling of each other in the debates and we need to make this awareness known so we can release the mind programming that is so abundant. I forgive, I release, I retain all of my power back to me now, I Am innocent is our mantra. Let love be what flows out of our hearts and into this world. 💙💙🙏

When you are feeling low.. honor that and see if it passes. Many children were taught not to feel unhappy and I find many clients suffering due to striving to feel happy when something warrants unhappiness. Feel it and it will pass. Don't try to "raise" your vibration past it..swipe it under the rug... just notice it is there..feel it and honor your emotional intelligence that is showing you how you wish to experience the world. Heal thyself. Love to you all 🩷
