Over many years we spent trips after trips in the doctors office with sicknesses. One day we just had enough, and after doing so much research of trying to understand why our store bought vitamins weren't supporting our immune system at its full. We finally had some answers and we put those answers into gear! Did you know that more then half the products at the store are full with artificial sugars and unwanted stuff that we truly don't need to be feeding our bodies. So we knew that the best one of a kind quality of products were going to come from our own kitchen. Elderberry syrup is simmering tonight & Lemons are getting juiced.

I will have Elderberry Syrup as well as Lemon + Ginger Tonic available to get out first thing tomorrow morning. Jars come sealed with labels and make the cutest last minute add-in for Christmas for the famiy. These are self-stable for up to a year.

Fresh batches going out tomorrow!

Our family has been dealing with seasonal allergies a lot lately. Lemon Ginger Tonic has been a lifesaver for us. It's that time of the year. We are running low so I'm in the kitchen tonight making batches of lemon ginger tonic as well as Elderberry syrup.
