Hey everyone. Hopefully all has been well! I regret to post this message, but starting this week I will be discontinuing the cardio kickboxing classes. Certain events have developed that will be preventing me from continuing to teach. For everyone that has joined it has been a pleasure! Stay safe everyone.

Starting Tuesday January 19th! Cardio Kickboxing is back at PKSA Port Huron! Classes start at 6:45pm and cost $10 per class (punch card offered to get a discount). Class size is limited so call today to reserve your spot (810) 937-2557!
