Mindfulness and Wellbeing I love to see people learn how to live happier, healthier and more connected lives. In 2 years it comprehensively covers various types of meditation.

This is the page of Building Blocks Healing Center PLLC which provides mindfulness classes, retreats, body work and wellness education. My name is Joanna and I am a Mindfulness Teacher certified by MMTCP (Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program) lead by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I’m also a doctor of Physical Therapy and since 1995 have been working primarily to help people with neck pain and headaches. My intention is to alleviate some pain and anxiety in our world today.
