March is National Nutrition Month!

What you eat doesn’t just fuel your body, it fuels your mind too. Small choices can support better mental health and overall wellness.

Here are a few small changes you can try today:

🥤 Drink more water throughout the day
🍎 Add a fruit or vegetable to your next meal
🥗 Choose balanced meals that include protein, whole grains, and veggies
🚶 Pair healthy eating with movement, like a short walk

Healthy mind. Healthy body. They go together.

It’s Sleep Awareness Week!

Did you know that quality sleep plays a major role in your physical health, mental well-being, productivity, and overall happiness?

During Sleep Awareness Week (March 8–14), experts are encouraging everyone to prioritize healthy sleep habits and become their “Best Slept Self".

Getting the recommended 7–9 hours of sleep each night can help improve mood, support brain function, and boost overall well-being.

Small changes can make a big difference:
💤 Keep a consistent sleep schedule
💤 Limit screens before bedtime
💤 Create a relaxing nighttime routine

Want to learn more about how better sleep can improve your health?
