Apparently the supplements, immune boosters and slowing down this holiday season finally paid off. We actually made it to a Christmas event! We got to see the Irish Nutcracker at McMorran. Bella was loving it and Brody had a lot of comments😂
We have a long history of spending the holidays with some communicable disease, so I’m proud we were healthy enough this year to make it happen.

Do you use black sesame seeds? They are a liver and kidney tonic in Chinese medicine. They help nourish the eyes, boost energy and support skin and nails. They have calcium and minerals, helping strengthen bone and even premature gray hair.
I sprinkle them onto soups and stews- like this vegetable curry. You can also add them to your overnight oats.
