The last month we traveled to Oregon, battled sick kids, bought 2 new businesses, on top of a full patient schedule. There have been some high stress nights and lots of eating on the run. Thankfully this was a brief busy season but it’s easy to get off track on eating. Recommitting to a mostly dairy and gluten free diet and laying off alcohol helps. I’m also restarting these Pendulum probiotics. They’re a new strain- akkermansia and they are helpful with sugar (and alcohol) cravings.
