How often do you slow down and rest? In a time where I’ve been feeling overwhelmed- things are busy at Huron Point Wellness and we have some major projects in our real estate business. These are things I’ve dreamt about for years and I’m so excited to see everything come to life. But, there are times I feel pulled in a lot of directions. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my kids have fallen asleep on me several times in the past week. It’s literally forcing me to slow down. I’m trying to listen to the cues from the universe.

How many of you have taken your pets to get acupuncture? My dog got acupuncture for his hips and it gave him an extra 5 years. I hear of many patients taking horses and cats, and zoos do it on many animals. (And no we can’t treat pets). But if acupuncture worked for your dogs back pain, it might help yours too!
