On Saturday, Racheal Zacharias had four guests arrive for a three-person Pilates Reformer class and without hesitation, she made it work. She seamlessly brought in a floor mat and guided a beautiful session that included three Reformer clients and one mat participant, ensuring everyone felt welcomed, supported, and cared for.

This is the heart of KM5.
From day one, our intention has always been to meet people where they are, to lead with compassion, and to create an environment where every client feels seen and comfortable. I’ve always believed that if we can make it work with grace, we do whether that means adjusting a class or quietly accommodating a client who arrived on the wrong day or time, so their experience remains uninterrupted and stress-free.

Racheal, I am beyond grateful to have you on the KM5 team. You truly embody the heart and soul of this community. Thank you for leading with flexibility, presence, and so much care. 🩷
