This simple but powerful tool streamlines the process for requesting air medical services, allowing our clinical teams to focus on what matters most --delivering rapid, lifesaving care to our patients.

We’re excited to share that the New EZ Button installed and ready to go at Lake Huron Medical Center! 🚁

🌟 Employee of the Year: Sheryl Bower, RN – A dedicated GI Lab nurse who has been caring for our patients and community for 18 years. Sheryl was nominated for going above and beyond to help a patient receive urgent follow-up testing the same day their procedure had to be canceled, demonstrating compassion and exceptional patient advocacy.

🚨 Training today. Prepared for tomorrow.

Lake Huron Medical Center’s team recently participated in Hospital Emergency Response Training (HERT), focused on mass casualty incident preparedness. This hands-on training helps strengthen coordination, triage skills, use of protective equipment, and rapid response across multiple departments.

These exercises ensure our physicians, nurses, and support staff are ready to respond quickly, safely, and effectively during large-scale emergencies.

We are proud of our team’s commitment to preparedness and to protecting the health and safety of our community. 💙
