Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new computer system, if you have a mobile phone number with us it will text you regarding your appointment. It also will ask you to fill out new forms. We will need everyone eventually to fill forms out either on your phone or come in earlier since not all your information transfered from old system. Thank you 😁
