I will be hosting a pelvic floor workshop at the Marysville Public Library on July 31. This is a great opportunity for moms to learn:

- What the heck your pelvic floor is and does
- Common problems we might have with our pelvic floor - including leaking, pain, constipation, and prolapse/heaviness
- Ways to help your pelvic floor health during pregnancy, post-partum, and throughout your life
