We are excited to announce... we are changing our name!

Visiting Nurse Association & Blue Water Hospice is now Blue Water Home Care & Hospice.

While many organizations merge or are acquired by a larger agency, we are not. We remain an independent non-profit providing in-home care and hospice services to St. Clair County and parts of Sanilac, Lapeer, and Macomb counties. We are simply changing our name. Our staff providing care & those behind the scenes, the board, and leadership remain the same.

Visiting Nurse Association is linked to a national organization our agency was once a member. That membership ended decades ago. This name change addresses the departure of membership as well as solidify our devotion to providing care to the residents of the Blue Water and surrounding area.

Over the next several months, you will see our logo change on signs, social media, website, ads, etc.

Welcome Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice to Our 40th Annual Senior Power Day!

We are thrilled to have Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice join us for our **40th Annual Senior Power Day!** This **FREE** event is scheduled for **Friday, October 17th**, from **9 AM to 12 PM**.

With over **20 different vendors** providing health screenings, tests, vaccinations, and a complimentary breakfast, this is an event you won't want to miss.

World Smile Day

This day is held annually on the first Friday in October. How can you not appreciate a day dedicated to smiles and acts of kindness? World Smile Day was first celebrated in 1999 to reclaim the meaning of that iconic cute smiley face image. Let's make another's day - be kind and share a smile!
