Good morning, everyone! For the next couple of months, we are going to be posting examples of "Cognitive Distortions." Cognitive Distortions are biased (and usually negative) thought patterns which can influence the way we perceive reality and view the world around us. By recognizing these thoughts for what they are (just unhelpful thinking patterns!), we can retrain our brains to see the world in a more rational and clear way!
