Daisy is up for adoption at Little Shelter Animal Rescue, 33 Warner Rd, Huntington, NY 11743

This our new little friend Daisy. She was rescued after her previous owners abandoned her in their basement and moved. The good people at Little Shelter Animal Rescue took her in. She is missing her right front paw and her left front leg was damaged from compensating. We made her a prosthesis for her right leg and a full leg brace for her left leg. She was up and walking in just a couple of minutes, she adapted to them very quickly. Daisy is a very sweet natured 3 year old and is up for adoption. If anyone knows of anyone looking to give her a good home please contact Little Shelter at (631) 368-8770. Little Shelter is also holding Pet A Palooza on 8/17 and 8/18 from 9am to 6 pm.
