At the end of June, I attended Self Realization Fellowship’s Worldwide Convocation in Los Angeles. What a powerful time! It’s taken me a while to settle back home (in all ways) from such a profound experience. Lectures and classes for “how to live” in this ever-changing world, meditations, kirtans, community events and pilgrimages. All rooted in how to merge a more deeply spiritual life with this material world…and how to radiate that positive energy, love and peace to others. All very much needed in our world today.

What a Divine adventure - and a blessing to be a part of! 😍🙏💜🌹🌞🕊🌺

From my retreat week at the end of March...as Winter and Spring "danced" a bit more in their transition. Such a blessing! I had some much needed time for rest, reflection and being in nature. With a tender heart, I share the news of my dear mother Helen’s passing in April.

Mom had some health issues over the winter and though she worked hard to overcome them, it became too much for her 87-year-old body. On April 17th, she passed away, surrounded by so much Love and Light!! I am in awe of the nursing angels that helped her and our family through it all, especially during the powerfully sacred last days she was with us.

This past week marks six months since Mom left her body. So, it felt like time for me to share this news with my wider circle of connections here, as she was often part of my posts (and will continue to be, in memoriam!).

It was my honor to be her daughter - and a privilege to support her in this last stage of her worldly life. Though I miss her physical presence here, her Light and soul are on a heavenly plane now...and that makes me smile. 🙏💕😇
