Our dedicated nurses, CNAs, therapists, housekeeping, dietary, maintenance, administrative staff, and recreation team—along with every team member in between—your compassion, commitment, and hard work make a difference in the lives of our residents and their families every single day.
Thank you for the kindness you show, the comfort you provide, and the teamwork that keeps our community strong. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful to have such an amazing team.

✨ Resident in the Spotlight: Patricia✨
At Water’s Edge Rehab and Nursing Center, we are thrilled to shine this month’s spotlight on the one and only Patricia— a woman whose life story is as vibrant as her personality!
Patricia is known for her sharp wit and wonderful sense of humor. She believes laughter is one of life’s greatest gifts — and she shares it often. With a soft spot for British comedy and classic mysteries, she appreciates clever storytelling, dry humor, and a good plot twist that keeps everyone guessing!
A true family woman at heart, Patricia has always treasured her role as a mother and grandmother, great grandmother. She absolutely lights up when talking about her grandchildren/great grandchildren — especially when it comes to board games. If there were a championship for playing “every board game ever made,” Patricia would likely take the trophy! Even with her friends, she still conquers the true team spirit. From strategy games to the classics, she loves the fun, competition, and laughter that come with playing alongside her grandchildren.
In her younger years, Patricia was also quite the athlete. She played basketball in high school and still carries that team spirit and determination with her today. She’s also known to be a strong swimmer — another testament to her active and adventurous side.
For a short time, Patricia worked in New York City, gaining experience and stories that she still fondly reflects on. Alongside her many talents, she is a true writing fanatic. Patricia loves creating literature and expressing herself through the written word. Her creativity, imagination, and love for storytelling continue to inspire those around her.
When it comes to life advice, Patricia keeps it honest and heartfelt. Her top three phrases are:
1. Love with trust.
2. Don’t look back.
3. Life isn’t easy.
These words reflect her strength, resilience, and wisdom — qualities that define her.
Patricia, we are so proud to celebrate you. Your humor, intelligence, athletic spirit, creativity, and deep love for family make you such a special part of our Water’s Edge community. Thank you for sharing your light with all of us each and every day! 💙
