Should I Eat Less Salt?
Normally, blood tests are needed to determine whether your levels are within normal range.
Just because one person is told to cut back on sodium does not mean that anyone or everyone else in the family should.
Muscles and nerves require proper levels of electrolytes, such as sodium, potassium, and calcium, to transmit electrical signals properly.
