🔇 Protect Your Hearing: Earplug Essentials for a Safer Workplace! 🔇
Did you know that 22 million U.S. workers face hazardous noise levels every year? One loud blast or constant buzz can lead to permanent hearing loss—and it's 100% preventable with the right earplugs!

Quick Safety Tips to Block the Noise:
✅Know the Danger: If you must shout to be heard arm's length away or your ears ring post-shift, it’s time to protect!
✅Perfect the Fit: Roll foam plugs into a tight cylinder with clean hands, pull your ear up & back, insert deeply, and hold 20-30 seconds until expanded. Test: If your voice sounds muffled when cupping your ears, you’re set!
✅Pick the Right Plug: Choose earplugs with NRR 25-33 dB, sized for your ears, and replace dirty or damaged ones ASAP.
✅Double Protection: Combine plugs with earmuffs in high-noise zones for ~5 dB extra shielding.
✅Stay Consistent: Wear them every shift and train regularly—your hearing is worth it!
