We have 16 people running this weekend at the Chevron Houston 5k, 1/2 marathon, and full marathon!!! Join us for a group shakeout run on Thursday, January 8th at 6 P.M. followed by a pizza party to wish our runners good luck.

New year, new goals, same Soul To Sole Run Club!

Come start 2026 off on the right (and left) foot at our next group workout on 01/01/2026 at the Bayfront Park Pavilion. The walk/run will start at 6 p.m., so please arrive early to warmup, stretch, and hang out. All paces are welcome, including walkers, and water will be provided. If you plan on going out and back, please bring some type of lighting or reflective gear. We also have a group that stays around the Bayfront Area. We hope to see you there!
