Under the direction of Dr. Richard Arroyo-Diaz, Dr. Bill Crowley, Dr. Frank Hinds, Dr. Peter Rojas, Dr. Mercedes Schultz, Dr. Thao Truong and Family Nurse Practitioners Traci Shefcik and Courtne Thurlkill compassionate healthcare is only minutes away with available walk-in and scheduled appointments. Memorial Medical Clinic is honored to be your healthcare provider of choice in Calhoun County. Family medicine is the medical specialty that provides continuing and comprehensive health care for the individual and family. The scope of family practice encompasses all ages and genders, each organ system and every disease entity. All our physicians are dedicated to providing medical care that is specifically tailored to your needs and the needs of your family. To decrease your wait time and allow your medical history to be entered prior to your appointment, we ask that you print the New Patient Packet located on our website and return to clinic prior to your appointment if possible. At Memorial Medical Clinic, we participate in many managed care plans and see patients with traditional insurance. Many plans require that you make a co-payment at the time of your visit. To make it as easy as possible for you, we accept cash, checks and most major credit cards at our office. Now Welcoming Dr. Katherine Cantu, MD – Family Medicine

We are excited to welcome Dr. Katherine Cantu to Memorial Medical Clinic.
She provides full-spectrum family medicine, including prenatal care and deliveries, pediatrics, chronic disease management, and geriatric care.

Dr. Cantu will begin seeing patients on Tuesday, September 2nd and is now accepting new patients.

Please be aware that Memorial Medical Center and Memorial Medical Clinic will experience a temporary outage of phones, internet, and electronic systems beginning at 12PM due to scheduled maintenance. The maintenance will take around 30 minutes to complete.

During this time:
* Our phone lines will be down
* We will not be able to access patient records or appointment information
* Card payments to the cafeteria cannot be processed
