Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Happy 84th Birthday, Mary Lou! 🎂🎉 Mary Lou, a dedicated CNA, has been part of our team for over fifty years. She has made a lasting impact on our facility, and we hope her birthday was filled with all the things she loves!

She was completely surprised and so thankful for her celebration—filled with gifts and a delicious spread of homemade favorites like wings, chicken spaghetti, cheese dip, BBQ meatballs, fresh fruit and veggie trays, and plenty of sweet desserts! 💙
