Port Lavaca Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

🎉 This month, our team had some BIG wins to celebrate! 🙌 Our Administrator, Arianna, hosted a special team appreciation lunch to recognize our team members' recent efforts — and it was a feast to remember! 💙

A huge thank you to Mr. Rivera, Arianna's dad, for cooking up the delicious meat and rice that made the celebration even more special. We're grateful for our team members and want to thank them for all they do! 👏

Team members got to customize their own trail mix—a sweet and salty way to fuel the day! 😋
