Join us for another Salt cave session!!!! this session is for the Recovery community and those living is safer lifestyle today. We can alternate the sessions everywhere from open discussion, meditation, reiki, and or just relax and get salted!!!! last session booked fast so you need to call the middle wellness center or reach out to me to reserve your seat!!!!!

This is a great way to alleviate stress, physical pain. The Salt cave is also great for the lungs and anxiety!! Looking forward to this next session!!

I just wanted to give an update that I have two spots available for tomorrow night, Thursday evening at 6:30 and I also have two spots available on February 16 at 6:30 PM both in the Salt Cave!
