‼️Now Hiring: Medical Receptionist (Full-Time)‼️

We are seeking a dependable and professional Medical Receptionist to join our fast-paced primary care office. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and thrives in a busy environment while delivering excellent customer service.

✨Key Responsibilities:

📍Greet and check in patients in a courteous and efficient manner
📍Answer and manage incoming phone calls
📍Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
📍Verify insurance information and collect copays
📍Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical system
📍Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
📍Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and faxing

✨Qualifications:

☑️Previous experience in a medical office preferred but not required
☑️Strong communication and customer service skills
☑️Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
☑️Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
☑️High school diploma or equivalent required
