Hope everyone stayed safe during the snow days ❄️☃️and that you were able to enjoy it😊 We are now back in the office and ready to see our patients again. For grins....Dr. Herndon made his traditional snow man for the office. This is only #3 since our snow days are few and far between. NEW OFFICE POLICY

Please have a current list of your medications at every appointment you have with Dr. Herndon. The receptionist will hand you the most recent list of medications we have that you are on, along with a new chart to write them on (once the new chart is completed, you will only have to make any changes that occur, not fill out a new chart). You will be asked to review and make any changes since your last visit. This includes any additions or discontinued medications (you do not have to know the strength or dosage, just the names of meds) You will be asked to then initial next to each medication.
**This step is to help protect you, as some medications have contraindications when taken together. **
