👨⚕️We’re seeking a driven, experienced Adult Nurse Practitioner who can practice independently, holds a DEA license, and has a passion for functional and regenerative medicine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, has a deep understanding of hormones & regenerative medicine, and isn’t afraid to make decisions that significantly impact patient health outcomes.

🌟Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣Conduct patient consultations and evaluations independently
2️⃣Develop and manage personalized treatment plans with a focus on BHRT and men's and women’s health
3️⃣Prescribe medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with DEA regulations.
4️⃣Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
5️⃣Provide education and guidance to patients on hormone therapy and preventative care.
6️⃣Collaborate with the medical team as needed, but primarily function as an autonomous provider.
🌟Requirements:
1️⃣Licensed as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida
2️⃣Current DEA license and Autonomous license (required)
3️⃣Experience in BHRT and/or women’s health strongly preferred
4️⃣Strong clinical judgment and ability to make decisions independently
5️⃣Exceptional communication and documentation skills
6️⃣Professional, reliable, and patient-focused mindset
🌟Preferred Qualities:
1️⃣Training or certifications in hormone therapy, functional medicine, or integrative health
2️⃣Confidence in managing perimenopausal and menopausal care plans
3️⃣Ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical environment
