Ann has been practicing yoga 10+ years but found her home with Kula Yoga when it first opened in the Pavilion in Port Orange Florida and recently started to expand classes to the Holistic House in Holly Hill. Ann became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance in 2015 and with additional study began teaching Yin in 2016. Because of the Yin training and Ann’s gentle nature she was asked to teach more classes and she became certified to teach Chair Yoga and has found another experience to share with her students. Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Meditation, and music are all passions filling Ann’s yoga classes and she loves to share and inspire her students with the love of yoga.
