Today we continued working on some holiday crafts with pine cone trees🎄. We used pine cones, glitter glue to make bulbs, snow in a can and pipe cleaners for tinsel. This was a fun activity staff and residents enjoyed working together to create these beautiful trees.

Our 4th annual murder mystery was a hit! With missing chips at the poker tables to sticky fingers at roulette everyone was left guessing just who could it be? But as the clues started to surface bets were placed. Noone was prepared for the results....... The last two days our resident's enjoyed the taste of some sweet drinks. First we kicked off "National coffee day", we served up some chocolate drizzled iced coffee with some whipped cream and fresh donuts. Then today we enjoyed "National mulled cider day", the resident's enjoyed sipping their cider out of fancy champagne glasses. We are getting into the holiday spirit here at Colliers as we near the end of September and prepare for a busy October 🎃.

Tuesdays are for Baker's corner one of our favorite activities! Today we made Mini Chocolate Mousse pies, the residents enjoyed both making them as well as eating them. It was a wonderful afternoon for a sweet treat! After enjoying our Delicious Pies we spent some time out in our Garden it was such a beautiful sunny day to enjoy all Nature has to offer!
