“I feel better, so I’m done… right?” 👀
This is one of the most common things we hear...and we get it! 🤍
But feeling better doesn’t always mean your body is fully healed.
There’s a difference between relief and correction.
Relief = symptoms are improving
Correction = your body is actually stable, balanced, and holding those changes
Stopping care too early can lead to those same issues coming right back.
