2025 was a quiet year for my social media. I retreated to focus on new opportunities that were helping shape future changes in life and work. Gone are the days for ploughing forward with endless energy and motivation, replaced by small bursts of focused intention. I savored time with family and friends, stepped into teaching, re-configured office time, and formed a collective of congruent providers.

To all my chiropractic patients and midwifery clients, I know that closing the office for an entire month was not ideal! After the really hard years of Covid and the last three years almost non-stop on-call, I needed a break. I was blessed to be asked to teach at The Classical Midwifery Conference in Greece and I took advantage of this opportunity to get away and stitch myself back together. Adventure, relaxation, nature, friendship and camaraderie with those I share purpose with does it better than anything else for me.

Thank you for your patience, I am back in the office and mostly on this time zone ready to care for all your wonderful families again😊

Welcome Heidi Bracher, LMT, CST!

She focuses on reproductive and digestive wellness, as well as treating pain, and releasing trauma.

All sessions are customized to you, and will include some combination of: Maya Abdominal Therapy, craniosacral, subtle manual therapy, spiritual healing, and folk and plant medicine.

She supports clients and families with fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and infant craniosacral as well as healing approaches for working with scar tissue reduction, painful menstrual cycles, digestive issues, post-surgery pain, low-back pain, and more.

Welcome Sharalyn!

Sharalyn has been passionate about providing breastfeeding support and car seat safety since her first child was born over 2 decades ago. As a pediatric RN at the beginning of her career, she saw the benefits of both breastfeeding and car seat safety during her time at Children's Hospital and Medical Center.

She enjoyed La Leche League as a mom and became a leader more than a decade ago. The following year she became a Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) and has over a decade of experience assisting with car seat questions and concerns. COVID may have delayed her entry into the process of becoming an IBCLC, but new opportunities came for her to become a Certified Lactation Counselor.

She is looking forward to supporting families with their breastfeeding and car seat journeys, and we at Generation Chiropractic and Innate Start Midwifery feel blessed to have her as an additional resource for our community.
