Essential oils have the ability to help with so many illnesses, physical ailments, can be added to foods, added to cleaning products, and some many other things. Essential Oils can help alleviate: acne, itchy scalp, anxiety and depression, reduce wrinkles, whiten teeth, cure dandruff, strengthen nails, relieve nausea, relieve migraine headaches, reduce cough or sinusitis, and many more things. If you are someone that doesn't like using harsh chemicals for cleaning your home, your body, or your clothes; there are essential oils that can help with that. Some of these include: lemon oil, tea tree oil, lemongrass oil, citronella oil, eucalyptus oil, cinnamon essential oil (helps clean the air), peppermint oil, and many more.
