It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Payton Frandsen, beloved grandson of Dr. Frandsen and a cherished part of our Sound Health Care Center family.

At 23, Payton passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family, after a lifelong battle with congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. Many of you know his story, and those who met him know how his courage, warmth, and smile could light up any room.

We celebrate Payton’s life and the joy he brought to all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at Noon, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 9256 Nels Nelson Rd NW, Bremerton. All are welcome to attend.
