Our Story

I am a mental health counselor licensed by the state of Washington. I have over 20 years experience in the field of behavioral sciences. I worked as a research scientist before becoming a therapist which has given me a different perspective in my approach.

I provide caring and compassionate counseling for couples and individuals. I specialize in relationships, personal growth, life transitions, and trauma. My therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral focusing on thought processes, problem solving, and setting goals. However, I use a variety of therapies depending on your needs.

I am also an approved clinical supervisor for LMHC associates.
