Celebrating our last work day as COLPT. Monday we will be called Select Physical Therapy Port Orchard! Thank you Cheryl Rogers for the wonderful cookies. They were such a great surprise!

We are excited to announce that on Monday August 1,2022,
COLPT will join the Select Physical Therapy nationwide group of clinics.

Other than the name on the door, very little will change.

Melissa and all of the staff you know and love will be at the clinic.
This transition will allow us to have the resources of a large company while still maintaining the service level of a private practice.

We want to thank all of the families of the Port Orchard/Kitsap area for making COLPT so successful and for your loyalty and referrals over the years.

We also look forward to continuing to serve your physical therapy needs in the future under our new name Select Physical Therapy - Port Orchard.
