Kaitlin Curlee, APRN

We are pleased to have Kaitlin Curlee as part of our clinical team. Kaitlin is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner originally from Hudson, Florida. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017 from the University of South Florida.

Kaitlin brings a strong background in emergency medicine and joined Dr. Kratz’s practice in 2020. Her clinical experience, attention to patient care, and commitment to education make her a valuable part of our practice.

Outside of the office, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and cooking.

Meet Baotran (Tina) Tran, APRN

Tina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in Allergy and Immunology. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Tina began her career as a registered nurse and went on to become the first nurse practitioner in the Allergy and Immunology Division at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She joined Dr. Kratz’s practice in 2022 and is known for her dedication to patient education and thoughtful, compassionate care. Tina has also co-authored a book chapter on multifaceted approaches to the management of cough.

Outside of the office, Tina enjoys woodworking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

We are proud to have Tina as part of our team.

Meet Madison Schwarz, APRN
Maddie joined our practice in 2024 as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing both clinical expertise and a genuine passion for patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Catawba College, where she was also a member of the college softball team, before continuing her education at the University of West Florida to earn her Master’s degree in Nursing.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Maddie spent several years working in intensive care nursing. That experience in fast-paced, high-acuity environments helped shape her strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized care to every patient she sees in Allergy and Immunology.

Outside the office, Maddie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, watching football, and hunting for great bargain finds.

We are grateful to have Maddie as part of our team and for the care and compassion she brings to our patients every day.

Breathing should feel natural. But for many people, it becomes something they think about every day. Maybe you’ve noticed a cough that lingers, a tightness in your chest that comes and goes, or a strange whistling sound when you breathe out. It might not feel serious enough to rush to the doctor, but it also doesn’t feel quite right.
