It's been a process of learning for sure after starting our first water kefir colony. My grains from Lovebug are amazing I soaked for 4 days feeding organic non GMO sugar. I got plenty of bubbles it's thriving. My down side is my large jars do not seal well enough to get desired soda type bubbles..... So we are switching to half gallon tighter sealed mason jars for 2nd ferment and large jar for first breathable ferment. My ginger lemon in the grolsch bottles tastes great but no bubbles. The mango in large jar had moderate amount of bubbles. We will see what the antioxidant blend in jars gets for bubbles. The story continues.

So while I have been asked more than once "how do you drink that?" "why do you drink swamp water?" Let me start by saying it doesn't taste bad and IT'S GOOD for me! Do you take your meds and enjoy their side effects? I did NOT!
So with years of research and learning we adopted a green juice high nutrient dense whole food life style. Not going to lie we have had successful times and fallen off the wagon at times but we keep on keeping on!!!!
BIG # NEWS since March my triglycerides have gone down 90 pts, cholesterol 60 down 60pts, HDL 5pts, VLDL 18pts & LDL 35 pts and my BP holding steady with NO MEDS !!!!!!!!
I'll take this sweet small victory and keep going.
I do NOT recommend going off meds without consulting your Dr but I do recommend educating yourself & advocating for your health. Big pharmaceutical wants us to be sick it's where their $$$ comes from. Pay the FARMER instead eat high nutrient dense whole food & JUICE ON!!!!!
