We’re excited to share that two of our therapists are beginning their training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) today! 🎉

So, what is EMDR?
EMDR is a highly effective, research-backed therapy approach often used to help people process trauma, anxiety, grief, and other difficult experiences. Instead of staying “stuck” in painful memories, EMDR helps the brain reprocess those memories in a healthier way—reducing distress and allowing healing to happen.

Studies have shown EMDR can bring relief faster than traditional talk therapy alone, making it a powerful option for clients ready to move forward. 💪
