Welcome Randy Clark, Our New Intervention Outreach Specialist!

We are honored to welcome Randy Clark to USR Holdings as our new Intervention Outreach Specialist. Randy’s journey is one of resilience, transformation, and a deep commitment to helping others find hope. A Marine combat veteran who served as a crew chief, Randy went on to become the youngest North American account manager for a billion-dollar company. However, after enduring a 17-year battle with addiction, Randy lost the life he had built, along with everything he loved. In 2017, he took his first steps toward recovery, determined to dedicate himself to a new path where he could use his experiences to inspire others.

Randy began his career in the treatment field in 2018, starting as a tech and advancing to Director of Business Development and Admissions. His hands-on experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the treatment industry, allowing him to wear many hats and gain invaluable insights. Today, Randy is a professionally trained interventionist, nationally certified recovery coach, trauma-informed specialist, and a facilitator in Rapid Resolution Therapy.

Randy’s unique combination of personal recovery experience, military background, and corporate success enables him to connect with a diverse range of individuals—whether they are trauma survivors, high-powered professionals, or those struggling with addiction. Guided by his faith and gratitude, Randy believes that if he can find his way to recovery, anyone can. His motto, “gratitude fuels my day,” reflects his dedication to serving those who need hope the most.

We are grateful to have Randy on our team, and we look forward to the positive impact he will make at USR Holdings!

Meet Aaron Langbein, Director of Business Development at USR Holdings

We're thrilled to welcome Aaron to the team as our new Director of Business Development! Originally from Miami Lakes, Florida, Aaron brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for helping others. After beginning his recovery journey in 2015, he dedicated himself to supporting individuals in finding their own paths to wellness, ultimately leading him to the healthcare field. With eight years of experience in business development, Aaron has been instrumental in fostering growth and building strong connections within the industry.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys weightlifting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family. Together with his wife, he also owns a recovery residence, where they are honored to witness individuals in long-term recovery transform their lives. Aaron’s commitment to recovery and his enthusiasm for making a difference make him a valuable addition to our team. Welcome aboard, Aaron!

Our team has been hard at work renovating our outpatient building and expanding over 3,500 square feet of new office space. We’re also excited to announce the launch of our 18 month Outpatient Program starting in Fall of 2024. We are pleased to announce that Ian Zimmerman has joined USR Holdings as our new Clinical Outreach Representative. Ian brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping those struggling with substance use disorders and mental health issues.

Ian Zimmerman hails from Merritt Island, Florida. After completing high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving as a Jet Mechanic during the events of 9/11. He was honorably discharged and subsequently pursued his passion for the culinary arts, graduating with an associate degree in Culinary Arts from a Florida culinary school. Ian worked as an Executive Chef at several high-end restaurants in South Florida before discovering his true calling: helping individuals struggling with substance use disorders and mental health issues.

Ian earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Addiction Studies from Indian River State College. He began his career in behavioral health as an overnight technician in a substance use disorder program and later facilitated groups at Amethyst Recovery in 2015, where he also obtained his Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) license. Ian went on to counsel and manage cases at multiple treatment providers. It was during his tenure as a case manager that he found his niche in business development. Ian found joy in being the bridge between an individual struggling and quality care.

Ian is committed to serving those affected by substance abuse and mental health issues, passionate about connecting individuals to life-saving resources and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, adventure races, and gaming with his children. A proud father of two, he spends much of his free time engaging in outdoor activities with them. Ian also appreciates good books, good coffee, and the company of good friends.

We are excited to have Ian on board and look forward to the positive impact he will make at USR Holdings.
