Foundations for Flight
Part of the Aerial Soul Teacher Training Series
Step into the hammock, open your heart, and prepare to share the beauty of aerial movement with others. Foundations for Flight is our introductory teacher training in the Aerial Soul series, designed to give you everything you need to safely, confidently, and joyfully lead your own Aerial Foundations classes.
This training is more than learning skills—it’s about becoming a guide for movement, presence, and possibility.
Over one transformative weekend, you’ll explore:
• Core Aerial Skills – foundational poses, gentle flips, smooth transitions, restorative postures
• Safety & Setup – rigging basics, spotting, and creating a safe, inclusive space for every body
• Sequencing & Style – designing classes for varied needs and energy levels
• The Art of Teaching – clear cueing, confident space-holding, and empowering students
• Mindful Integration – weaving breath, mindfulness, and body awareness into each practice
With 20 hours of hands-on training, you’ll spend plenty of time in the hammock practicing, teaching, and refining your skills. Through labs, group teaching, and supportive feedback, you’ll leave with both knowledge and the confidence to step into the role of teacher.

• Aerial Soul Foundations Certificate (Yoga Alliance CE eligible)
• Comprehensive training manual and resources
• Limited Soul Moves Trainee Membership

Location: Soul Moves, 270 NW Peacock Blvd Ste 112, Port St. Lucie, FL
Schedule: (Oct 3 - 5) Fri 5–9 pm | Sat 12:30–9 pm | Sun 12:30–9 pm
Investment: $800 ($300 deposit secures your spot)
