September is National Cholesterol Education Month! 🩺✨ It’s the perfect time to take charge of your heart health. Here are some tips to help you manage your cholesterol:

🥗 Eat heart-healthy foods like fruits, veggies, and whole grains
🏃‍♂️ Get moving with at least 30 minutes of exercise daily
🛑 Avoid trans fats and limit saturated fats
💧 Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy weight
🩺 Don’t forget to get your cholesterol levels checked regularly!

In honor of Doctors' Day being this week, and because he is our newest business associate, we are celebrating Dr. Jason Watt! 🥳

Dr. Watt began his medical education at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and then transferred and graduated from UCLA. He obtained his BS in biochemistry at the The University of Alabama and completed his residency at LSU. He went on to get his PhD at the University of Miami. 🎓

Dr. Watt wears many hats. He is the medical director at Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehab Center and the associate medical director at Palm Garden of Port St Lucie. He is affiliated with 2 HCA hospitals: St. Lucie Medical Center and Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.
On top of all that, he has two private offices; one in Jensen Beach and the other in Fort Pierce at New Horizons of the Treasure Coast.
His business practice partner is Dr. Rimal Patel. 🏥

In his spare time, Dr. Watt enjoys basketball and spending family time with his wife and kids. Thank you for all you do for our community, Dr. Watt! 💙
