Who Are We?

My name is Eguenel Louis, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. I have been working in the substance abuse field since 2010. I specially in Substance Abuse Disorders, behavioral and mental health issues. I utilize different methods which incorporated cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused, warm personal and unconditional positive regard interventions. Through a collaborative and supportive relationship, I empower my clients to identify areas in their lives they want to change and to help get them get "unstuck" from negative core beliefs, patterns and behaviors that are no longer serving them. I am fluent in English, French and Creole. I am a devoted follower of Christ, a blessed husband & a grateful father of 2 amazing & beautiful girls.
