A Beautiful Mind Counseling & Consulting Hi my name is Theresa; I am a licensed mental health counselor. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger and parent/child conflict.

I practice therapy in a beautiful, comfortable office in Port Saint Lucie Florida at my own private practice named Gizze Counseling and Consulting LLC
I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have been in the mental health field for over 12 years and I love what I do!!!! I have experience working with children, teens, and adults. If you are looking for an authentic, caring therapist to help you with life challenges; you are in the right space. I believe building rapport and having a strong
therapeutic alliance with my clients is the most
important aspect of effective therapy. My goal is to create a safe space to let you be yourself, feel understood, and reach your goals. I love working with clients motivated to achieve their highest potential. I offer individual therapy for people experiencing
anxiety, depression, anger, adjusting to life changes, and self-esteem issues. I also offer groups to build self confidence and
