Good morning World! Today starts my 5 day series of busting myths about massage therapy. Massage has so many mistruths swirling around it and Im here to set the record straight.
*Massage Therapy is used as a tool to assist in reducing stress hormones, boosting feel-good chemicals, leading to better mood, sleep, and reducing anxiety. The physical benefits include improving circulation, decreasing muscle tension, and pain relief, and improving flexibility.
*Massage Therapy is prescribed by chiropractors, physicians, and physical therapist to aid in recovery and healing.
