Celebrating World Art Day ✨

My Saturday looked a lot different!

I was invited to the World Art Day at Riverland (55+ Community) to set up my bowls and provide information about my sessions.

I’m starting my 4th year as the Resident Sound Healer for this community in just a couple of weeks, so I was very happy to do so.

This community opened their doors and hearts for my healing art back in May 2022, and I’ve met wonderful residents and staff members who have helped my class grow and get noticed.

💖 Lovely to see so many residents who remembered me, my bowls, or how they felt when they attended one of my sessions. 💖

💖 I now have a newfound respect for people who are part of farmers market/craft markets and who showcase/sell every weekend. It is fun. But Florida’s heat doesn’t make it easy! 😮‍💨

I’ve been sitting with this card for 5 days now.. it’s the third time that I’ve pulled it.

“G O L D E N”

The first two times I put it back on the deck, pulled again, with the intention to get a card that felt more aligned with me.

Then the third time I decided I was not going to change my card, but also, I was not meant to pull again until I can share something about her.

We can all see and agree that the card is beautiful. I find the center hypnotic.

The message behind this card speaks about being in a golden season, meaning that your hard work is finally paying off, or that the light is shining over all the things that are working out for you and you’re invited to relish every moment.

What I’ve felt with this card are very different things though..
That frame she’s holding.. I’ve been taking it as a tunnel that has opened up on my chest and it’s now allowing the light to show me the areas where more light is needed (I’m not in a dark space..at all) but I see little areas of me where maybe I’ve neglected myself, little parts of me that maybe I’ve chosen to overlook, stories that I’ve thought were healed and forgotten.. but they still have little loose threads.
I’ve been using all the golden “threads” from the card to patch things up as if they’re healing golden threads. ✨

Maybe you’re in a GOLDEN season right now, so I invite you to take this aa your sign that you can and are allowed to celebrate your wins! Your progress! Your little or big shifts. ⭐️

If on the other hand, you feel this card doesn’t feel like a golden ticket in your life, then I invite you to grab the light, use it as healing thread 🧵 and start visiting the places you need to patch things up. 💛 You deserve that, too.

Whenever I see hands that flip up to the sky it brings a smile to my face.

Not everybody experiences it.
Not everybody feels called to flip up or raise their hands to the sky.
Not every one will come up and share what was going through their mind/heart/hands at that moment.

The hands flip up and raised this way can have a long list of options & emotions.

It goes from moments of deep gratitude, a sign of surrender, sending love/light to others; a sign of being open and willing to receive, a sign of having to balance energy (masculine/femenine), supporting the healing in the room for others..etc

They’re all beautiful.

And when they come up for a brief moment (as they usually do.. for less than 3 minutes) and I get to be with my eyes open and with a phone unlocked and already with the camera open it feels so special to be a witness, the only witness of it. 😌💖

I have missed so many beautiful moments because I’m either with my eyes closed and/or my phone is locked and away and by the time I get to the phone and press record.. the moment is over. But when I catch it, even if it was just 3 seconds..it stays in my mind. 😍

💖 May you always act on what’s stirring within you. Especially when that simple act can leave an imprint in someone else’s heart. 💖

Welcome the last Mercury Retrograde of 2025..

November 9th to November 29th

A lot of the times we associate Mercury Retrograde with glitches. And yes, mercury is the planet of communication, thought, and mental activity, while also it rules our daily life activities, affecting technology, travels, and information exchange.

It’s always a good rule of thumb to be extra cautious when signing any documents under this energy. Read the contract 10 times if you need to. Double check your car fluid levels/sensors before leaving for a long drive/trip. Backup important information, photos, and anything that could be too important to lose.

Now, we always worry about those technology glitches. But can we focus on our “internal glitches”?

This mercury retrograde starts in Saggitarius and it will move back to Scorpio on November 18th.

Think of your intuition. Think of the things you’ve put off for a while and may still have some lose ends.

Use this time to pause, and reflect on your own alignment. Yes, it’s important that your car is up to date in all the fluids and revisions so it can take you to newer horizons. But if you, the driver of that car, are out of alignment.. you may travel in circles for a while.

Listen to what your mind keeps repeating. Notice your internal dialogue. Notice what is truly calling you. Maybe is something that will bring you closer to a more fulfilled life. Maybe is about cutting some toxic ties.

You are the only one that has access to listen the whispers of your own soul. You’ll know exactly what you need and how to handle it.

“It’s not just a sound bath..”

“It’s so different from what others do..”

💖 Some of the things I’ve heard multiple times throughout the years, and still, every time I hear those words again, my heart swells.

I don’t play to receive compliments at the end of a session. That’s never been the goal.

I play from my heart with the intention to deeply connect with you, whether that is through sound, energy, my words, my smile. I play for YOU. For the energy you’re bringing into my space, for the emotions that you’re secretly hiding beneath the fibers of your whole being.

And that’s my art. And I’m honored when you come to where I’m sitting, behind my bowls and you say “you just saw what I’m going through” “you definitely were picking up my energy.” “I feel you played for me.”

There is no better feeling than that. 😭

I hope I see you in one of my sessions soon.
