These images are from a FLIR thermal camera inspection — something we use on every water damage job.

Thermal imaging detects temperature differences in materials, allowing us to find hidden moisture that you can’t see with the naked eye.

Those dark purple areas you’re seeing?
That’s active moisture saturation — water that has spread far beyond what’s visible.

And this is exactly how water damage turns into bigger problems:

This was part of a Category 3 sewage loss, so missing this kind of hidden damage isn’t just a mistake — it’s a serious health risk.

🚨 NOT ALL WATER DAMAGE IS THE SAME 🚨

This was a Category 3 sewage loss in a hoarder environment… and it was one of the worst we’ve handled.

We’re not talking about clean water — this is contaminated, hazardous, and dangerous to your health.

Now add in:

⚠️ Limited access + extreme conditions

This wasn’t just a cleanup… this was a full-scale hazard situation.

Courtrooms see a lot of traffic and it shows over time.

Our team is working after hours and on a holiday at the St. Lucie West Courthouse, providing professional carpet cleaning in the courtrooms along with deep cleaning of courtroom seating.
