In preparation for the cold snap, I harvested as many herbs as I could and stored them safely in my apothecary. I knew there was a chance the plants would either die or be severely affected until spring. Good thing I did!

I’m still on track, filling orders and in a comfortable position until spring rolls around.

There are some herbs I won’t be able to offer for a couple months and some I’ll be able to offer in limited quantities. I’ll update my website as I go.

For ex: My insulin leaf plants that I use for your diabetes support are outside right now on life support. Brown and crunchy as can be. But I harvested enough to fill capsules, make herbal teas and a decent amount of tinctures 🙏🏽

I have the upmost respect for this child’s father 👑 He’s no longer with the child’s mother and they have a different set of lifestyles between each household. Even when mom isn’t fully on board, he makes sure the child eats healthy and takes his supplements while in his care. He’s been providing him items like my Heavy Metal Detox and children’s cleanses to support him due to being non-verbal. He went from being non-verbal to saying his letters and numbers shortly after starting my protocol. I’m loving the progress!

I don’t know who needs to hear this but you can be walking around spreading the flu virus with absolutely no signs of being sick. Be courteous, use common sense and cover up your sneezes and coughs.

This lady was frolicking around sprouts coughing and not covering it. I started not to say anything until she sneezed.

I told her to cover it up and she’s talking about “I’m not sick, it’s just a baby cough”.

I’m like maam, that’s not a thing! You need to be covering up anything coming out of your body!

I don’t care how strong my immune system is, I don’t want to swap bodily fluids with you! You cough or sneeze on me or in my direction you may as well slap me. I take the upmost offense.

I’m over here trying to remain an upstanding citizen. Don’t have my grandma watching me on the news. Cover up!
